The Oxygen Community (OC) was built with a first principles belief that home ownership is a “human right” and our purpose is to make quality homes affordable for ALL.
With this belief we set our focus on four key principles that shape every part of our approach to OC building.

• Energy efficiency: The walls in each unit have infused mineral-based materials, paired with a specialized temperature-regulating coating, that helps maintains clean air flow and reduced energy consumption, year-round.
