Overview

Each Oxygen Community (OC) development is structured as a limited investment fund designed to build a 28-unit Oxygen Dome community on approximately 5 acres of land.

Rather than relying on traditional bank financing, the project is capitalized directly by investors or people who participate in the development to ownership pathway.

Each community raise is capped to maintain exclusivity and ensure sufficient capital for development.

Each investor participates through the Oxygen Community Fund, which finances land preparation, materials preparation, and the construction of the Oxygen Domes.

To participate in an Oxygen Community development project:

Initial Deposit: $30,000 USD

This deposit places the investor into the Oxygen Community Development Fund associated with that specific community project.

Once the fund reaches its $840,000 capital target, the investment round closes and development proceeds.


Development & Delivery Timeline

After the capital raise closes:

Development Period

Approximately 90 days after closing, construction and assembly of the Oxygen Dome units are completed and investors receive access to their residence within the gated Oxygen Community.

This accelerated timeline is possible due to the modular structural system and pre-engineered dome construction process.


5-Year Pay-to-Own Structure

Following delivery of the Oxygen Dome, residents enter a direct ownership payment agreement with Oxygen Community.

This replaces traditional mortgage financing.
