We Build It Better
We have cracked the code on making home building efficient, timely and affordable. By creatively engineering a design where parts can be assembled with ease we have taken out the complexity, reduced construction time, minimized labor costs, and eliminated home ownership risks. With precision-built wall systems, manufactured off-site, delivered ready-to-install, and engineered for high energy efficiency, fire-rated compliance, and long-term performance, Oxygen Domes are the future of home construction.
Oxygen Dome Plot Size, Foundation Size, Unit Size & Height
Each Oxygen Community (OC) is developed on 5 acres of land, with 28 Oxygen Domes per neighborhood. Every unit is allocated 3,500 sq/ft. (325 sq/m) of private land, with a 1,500 sq/ft. (139 sq/m) or (43.70 in diameter) structural foundation for the residential space, ensuring ample room for comfort and outdoor recreation.
Oxygen Domes come in a single, thoughtfully designed duplex layout, perfect for 2-3 bedrooms, a study, a living and dining area, a kitchen, and two bathrooms and shower. Each dome stands 7.5 meters (24.7 feet) tall, providing generous ceiling height on both floors and a spacious, open feel throughout the home.
The Oxygen Structure
The structural frame of the Oxygen Dome is constructed from advanced bio-based materials that includes hempcrete and wood wool that are naturally breathable, allowing for controlled moisture vapor transmission through the walls. This design minimizes the risk of mold formation and facilitates the passage of condensation, maintaining a healthier non toxic indoor environment.
The framework itself is engineered for extreme durability and comes with a 250-year manufacturing warranty. Its resilience mirrors the longevity of mature trees, providing long-term resistance to environmental stressors such as precipitation, solar exposure, and wind forces.
The Hybrid Bio-composit Wall System
- Hemp shives: 60%
- Agricultural waste (straw / wood fiber): 20%
- Lime binder: 10%
- Pozzolans (fly ash / metakaolin): 10%

The Lock and Key Frame
Once the helical piles or shallow frost-protected slab foundation used for lighter structural builds is prepared, the frame of the building is securely anchored and fastened into the ground to create a stable base. The remaining dome components are then installed using a patent-pending lock-and-key assembly system that allows each section to fit tightly and precisely together.
This design creates a sealed structure that helps prevent water penetration and eliminates many of the leakage issues commonly found in thinner, less robust dome systems. The result is a durable, weather-resistant structure built to maintain long-term performance and protection. Each unit is prepared start to finish within 5 to 7 days from the time materials are onsite.
How we are able to keep the costs down is by:
1. Reducing labor dependency
2. Standardizing components
3. Manufacture on large scale unit production
4. Using compound materials

The Inside is STUNGLY BEAUTIFY
Working with some of the world’s leading interior designers, we set out to create living spaces that combine functionality with the comfort and elegance of modern luxury. Every Oxygen Dome is thoughtfully designed to feel refined, welcoming, and effortless to live in.
To support this vision, we have partnered with innovative, eco-focused manufacturers of home furnishings and utilities. From kitchen appliances and bathroom amenities to windows, doors, furniture, and complete bedroom sets, each element is carefully selected to create a living environment that feels comfortable, balanced, and elevated.
Each home also includes essential sustainability systems such as solar panels, water purification, and dry waste management. These features allow residents to live with greater independence and efficiency, creating a home that supports both personal comfort and long-term self-sufficiency within the Oxygen Community.
